Alan Walker is a Norwegian-British music producer, and disc jockey. He shot to fame with his single track, ‘Faded.’ The song was applauded by music lovers all over the world, and it received platinum certification in more than ten countries.
The brief was to create a brand identity for the next tour Alan Walker was planning, Walkerverse. The branding needs to be reminiscent of his original branding, but bring a new sort of rebirth aesthetic to the world through custom typography, iconography, and a fierce color palette.
The process took just under a month and final deliverables to AW’s team at MER included a futuristic ‘AW’ logomark, custom title typography for ‘Walkerverse’, multiple icons/symbols that would tie into each release of the eventual Walkerverse Album that would drop during his tour, a completely custom AW pendant design, and the color information for the yellow and black duotone palette that the campaign and tour would be built around.
The tour has finished up as of 2023 and consisted of 29 shows across Europe and the United States.
